Thank you for choosing LONA GRILL HOUSE LTD.

Please take a moment to read the following important information before your visit.

BOOKINGS

  • Please note that same-day bookings are not accepted. Walk-ins are always welcome.
  • Reservations are held for a maximum of 10 minutes. If you are running late, please call us in advance.
  • We require 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or amend your booking. Please note we may not always have availability to amend your reservation, but we will do our best.
  • Your reserved table will only be given once all guests have arrived.
  • For groups of 10 people or more, a deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  • Deposits will be fully refunded or deducted from the final bill when applicable.
  • Deposits will not be refunded in the following cases:

No-show bookings

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)
  • Arriving with fewer guests than originally booked unless amended at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We do not accept bookings via email or social media. Please call us directly on 0117 942 6100.
  • During busy periods, dining time may be limited:
  • 2 hours 30 minutes for groups of 10 or more
  • 1 hour 45 minutes for groups of less than 10

LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS

  • We do not accept weekend bookings for groups larger than 20 people.If you wish to book for more than 20 guests, a set menu price per person will apply. Please contact us directly for further information.
  • By visiting us or making a reservations with us at LONA GRILL HOUSE LTD, you confirm your acceptance with these terms and conditions.

RESTAURANT POLICY
– Food or drinks not purchased from the restaurant are not permitted to be consumed on the premises.

  • Alcohol is not served and is strictly not allowed to be brought into the restaurant.
  • Dogs are not permitted inside the restaurant.
  • By making a booking with LONA GRILL HOUSE LTD, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions.

PAYMENTS

  • Upfront payment is required for dine-in orders.
  • All food and drink prices include VAT.
  • A 10% service charge will be added to the final bill. This charge is mandatory and not optional.

BIRTHDAY & SPECIAL CELEBRATIONS

  • If you are celebrating a birthday or special occasion, we would love to help make it memorable.
  • If you bring your own cake, a £5 celebration fee will apply for the fountain candle and celebration service provided by our team.

LOYALTY CARD

  • Collect 6 stamps to receive a free wrap and drink.
  • Only one loyalty card can be used; stamps cannot be combined from multiple cards.
  • You receive one stamp per visit.
  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen cards.
  • Stamps cannot be added later if you forget to present your card during your visit.

LOST PROPERTY

  • LONA GRILL HOUSE LTD accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged property left on the premises.

RIGHT TO CANCEL BOOKINGS

  • LONA GRILL HOUSE LTD reserves the right to cancel any booking for the following reasons:
  • If a guest breaches these terms and conditionsIf the event may damage the reputation of the restaurant or the premises
  • If we are unable to fulfil our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. emergency closure or refurbishment)

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

  • We do not tolerate any abuse towards our staff or other guests.
  • Any verbal, racial, physical, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and all incidents will be reported to the police.
  • Our team members are here to ensure your visit is pleasant and enjoyable.

CHANGES TO TERMS

  • We may update or amend these terms from time to time.Please check regularly for the latest version.
